Exercise here are some exercises for your face which you can use to reduce fat directly from the face but keep in mind that u will have to do the full body workout daily as well because without this there is no benefit of the facial exercise. Also you have to follow a healthy diet plan in order to reduce fat from the body as well as from your face.
